small sourdough bread
You can buy croutons but I like homemade to keep ingredients clean. Serve on the side if keto or low carb.

small to medium sized heads of Romaine lettuce

provolone cheese
1/4
lb
pepperoni
1/4
lb
genoa salami

ham

red pepper
thinly sliced

red onion
thinly sliced
Dressing
1/4
cup
mayo
I make my own to keep ingredients clean

cup
Full fat greek yogurt
1/4
cup
red wine vinegar
3
cloves
garlic
minced

oregano
1/2
tsp
salt

tsp
cayenne pepper

tsp
black pepper

tbsp
honey

Instructions
Mix your salad dressing ingredients together and place in the fridge for later.
Preheat your oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut your sourdough bread into cubes and toss with either olive or avocado oil and salt. Bake 15 minutes until golden.
Chop all the cheese and meat into pieces.
Place lettuce, onion, pepperoncini, and red pepper in a salad serving bowl. Toss slightly.
Add meat and cheese to the top.
Right before serving, add the croutons and dressing to salad and toss .
