Spicy Sriracha Kielbasa Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs no-sugar-added kielbasa sliced
  • 3/4 cup Sriracha or sugar-free hot sauce if you want less carbs
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos or tamari/soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 tbsp honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Add sliced kielbasa to slow cooker.
  • Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl, pour over kielbasa.
  • Cook on 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve warm and let the sweet heat win the crowd over.
