Ingredients

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Use fresh!!
- 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil 100% pure
- 2 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 tsp Coconut Aminos
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
