Burger Buns without Carbs
Homemade carnivore/keto buns for burgers.

Ingredients

tbsp
butter
1
cup
grated mozzarella cheese
1
tbsp
mascarpone
1
tbsp
unflavored gelatin
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 365 degrees.
Melt butter in a small ramekin and coat the insides of 4-4" baking pans.
Mix eggs, mozzerella, mascarpone, gelatin together in a bowl.
Spoon mixture evenly between the 4 baking pans.
Bake for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and flip each bun over.
Bake an additional 5 minutes.
Load up your hamburger and enjoy!
Each bun has 2g carbohydrates.
