Burger Buns without Carbs

Homemade carnivore/keto buns for burgers.

Equipment

  • 4 Small 4" baking pans I bought mine on Amazon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 365 degrees.
  • Melt butter in a small ramekin and coat the insides of 4-4" baking pans.
  • Mix eggs and mascarpone together. Add mozzerella, gelatin and seasonings together in a bowl. Pulse in a small blender to make the batter smooth.
  • Spoon mixture evenly between the 4 baking pans.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and flip each bun over.
  • Bake an additional 5-10 minutes.
  • Load up your hamburger and enjoy!
  • Each bun has 2g carbohydrates.
