Butter Powder Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 TBSP butter powder I use Hoosier Hill Farm brand
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 TBSP water to rehydrate the butter powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder for extra fluff
  • pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the butter powder and water into a creamy base.
  • Add eggs and vanilla
  • Add cinnamon, salt and baking powder.
  • Pour 1/2 into a warm skillet on medium heat.
  • Cook 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Serve hot with a pat of butter and syrup if you choose.
