Ingredients

powdered milk
Can use powdered goat milk if preferred

large eggs

baking powder

butter
melted or cream cheese

cup
shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1/2
tsp
sea salt

tsp
sesame seeds

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Whisk the eggs until frothy. Add melted butter/cream cheese and mix well.
Stir in powdered milk, baking powder, salt, and shredded cheese. Batter will be thick but scoopable.
Divide into 5 mounds on the baking sheet.
Bake 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and firm on top.
Let cool slightly before slicing.
You can brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds for hamburger buns if desired.
