Low-Carb Cheesy Buns (Flourless)

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup powdered milk Can use powdered goat milk if preferred
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp butter melted or cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Whisk the eggs until frothy. Add melted butter/cream cheese and mix well.
  • Stir in powdered milk, baking powder, salt, and shredded cheese. Batter will be thick but scoopable.
  • Divide into 5 mounds on the baking sheet.
  • Bake 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and firm on top.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing.
  • You can brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds for hamburger buns if desired.
