Mexican Riced Cauliflower Bowl with Chicken

Trader Joe's Spicy Mexican Riced Cauliflower

chicken cut into strips

avocado oil

tbsp
butter
1
sliced avocado
1/2
cup
freshly shredded cheddar cheese
1/4
cup
chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
Make Trader Joe's Riced Cauliflower as instructed on package.
In a separate skillet, sauté chicken strips or chunks in an avocado and butter blend. Cook until golden brown on both sides. This should take 3-5 minutes per side at medium heat. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Pour the riced cauliflower in a serving dish. Add the chicken to the top.
Serve hot and adorned with avocado slices, shredded cheese and fresh cilantro,
